Where does susen deliver?
Items ordered can only be delivered with an exact address .
Certain items have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations. Right now we cannot deliver to [undeliverable areas for all markets, e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Scilly Islands and Scottish Isles and so on].
What delivery options do I have
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 working days
- Shipping time: 3-7 working days or 7-15 working days
We will deliver your purchase within 3-7 or 7-15 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery is free for orders over €150. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.
We also offer express delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 19:30 on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
During high season and Sale, express delivery might be unavailable.
What delivery locations can I choose?
We offer you the following delivery options
Delivery to your home address:
Select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.
Delivery to an alternative address:
Select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to susen.
